Neck wrinkle lifting is a program that diagnoses complex neck wrinkle symptoms for each individual then performs appropriate surgery and procedures at the same time.

Who needs neck wrinkle lifting?
Neck wrinkles may occur from a relatively young age depending on skin tissue or lifestyle regardless of the age.
Different methods will be decided and applied depending on the thickness of skin tissue, sagging, and direction of wrinkles since the sagging type on the neck vary widely on each individual.

Horizontal neck wrinkles

Besides aging, there are a lot of cases where horizontal wrinkles appear caused by skin tissue and lifestyle.
If the crease is not deep, it can be alleviated by laser treatment or other procedures.
Sagging neck

It is a condition where the skin around the chin and neck gathers and wrinkles in the center that makes the boundary between the neck and chin become unclear as the face will look older.
In this case, it can be improved by the objective technique.
Vertical neck wrinkles

When the neck muscles and skin stretch vertically, it is most likely because of aging.
It will be fixed by neck wrinkle surgery and by tying up the muscle on both sides that are vertically drooping.

- The neck has less subcutaneous fat, thin skin, and moves a lot that the wrinkle can easily occur even among young people.
  Wrinkles caused by skin tissue and lifestyle usually appear horizontally and start to form two lines at a time. If the neck wrinkles and sagging symptoms are not severe, it can be treated in combination with therapy and laser treatment that generally increases the skin elasticity.
  However, when aging starts to get worse, it is necessary to do the surgery to directly pull wrinkles and sagging skin.

1. Horizontal neck wrinkle surgery
As the neck wrinkles get more severe, the skin and muscles become sagging along with horizontal wrinkles without elasticity in the neck.
If the individual's examination shows deep horizontal wrinkles, there is a high possibility that neck surgery will be executed.
Neck surgery is a surgical method in which scars are incised to the back of the ear so that they are not easily visible, then get peeled off, pulled and fixed together with the sagging SMAS layer and surrounding tissue.

Residual skin will be resected and sutured to improve elasticity in the neck area.
Surgery process in HERSHE

Make an incision along the hairline behind the ear so that the scar is not visible
Skin layer and SMAS layer (fascia layer) detachment
Pull the sagging SMAS layer with the surrounding tissue to secure it
Remove the remaining skin then suture

Neckband Surgery for Vertical Wrinkle
When aging worsens, muscles can droop from under the chin to the front of the neck.
In this case, it can be improved by neckband surgery that will vertically collect and tie the drooping muscle.

Full facelift Surgery
Aging progresses throughout the face in general and symptoms of neck sagging and wrinkles are often accompanied by face sagging.
Hence, it is effective to fix them together with full face lift surgery.

Neck lift surgery

It is a phenomenon in which the skin around the chin and neck becomes loose, resulting in excess skin that makes the boundary between the neck and chin become unclear and looks older. In this case, it can be improved with a neck lift surgery
Full facelift Surgery

If sagging and wrinkles extend from the face to the neck, a suitable incision will be made from the side of the head to the back of the neck.
The excess skin will then be removed after peeling it, followed by a comprehensive lifting surgery.

  Epiticon® is designed in both directions for each protrusion which is suitable to move the tissue of the face or body to the desired position and secure it.
  After removing fat from the face, the stretched skin droops down without elasticity as the fat layer becomes thinner.

During a lift surgery, Epiticon® threads are used. These threads have bidirectional cogs along their length, making them suitable for lifting and securing sagging tissues in an upward direction or gathering them in the desired position.

HEALITE laser treatment after surgery
1. The 590nm wavelength of low-level micropower is initially applied to the epidermal layer of the skin to ensure optimal delivery of healing wavelengths, followed by the 830nm near-infrared wavelength, known for its deep penetration and strong healing capabilities.

2. The 830nm healing photons are emitted from 1800 light sources, creating a zone where the photons overlap.

3. This zone exhibits healing effects and facilitates rapid skin regeneration and pain relief by ensuring sufficient photon delivery to deeper layers of the skin.

The combination of pre-scanning the skin with low-level micropower at 590nm, followed by the powerful 830nm near-infrared (near-IR) wavelength penetrating deep into the skin, is the technique used in this phototherapy.
The LEDs on the panel are precisely arranged to allow the emitted light from each LED to overlap, enabling interactions through a large number of photons.
